delicious food buffet variety comfortable bed
the food was amazing!!! i appreciated the variety in the buffets. the set menus on full board options were good. the beds were very comfortable and the wi-fi worked great.
the supper i ordered, a salmon salad, was a tiny portion for the cost.

noisy aircon rough towels
I HAVE some complaints. the air conditioning made a LOT of noise, so i couldn't sleep well. i ASKED for swimming towels three times, but it took a long time to get them. generally, the service seemed better for groups. It was like individual guests WERE not prioritized. The towels felt a bit rough too.

attentive staff personal touch crocodile river
i appreciated the attentive staff. a staff member offered a ride in his golf cart from my lodge to the restaurant, a personal touch i found lovely. the food tasted great and seemed well priced. i liked the amazing location with a viewing deck over the crocodile river.
the shower water did not get very hot.

underwhelming stay near kruger
brown water old steel chairs
the location is near the kruger gate and , made access to the park quite easy.
Our room was not up to standard. there was brown water coming from the taps, and it took a while for it to clear. It returned the next day. the terrace was barely inviting with old steel chairs and a table. It felt unloved.

river view excellent location convenient access
the location is excellent near the kruger gate (very convenient). i had a river-facing room, and the view was a highlight. i saw elephants and hippos from the balcony.
the coffee was available from a self-service machine and i found it dreadful.
